Processing time does not include shipping time.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package:

  • Reshipping fees may apply

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

If a package is significantly delayed or marked as lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist in opening a claim with the carrier where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and offer a replacement or solution where applicable.
